Lucee Cesena, I have had a long and successful career in sales and business development.  I got my start in sales at just 18 years old, when I led a team selling fitness memberships for one of the largest facilities in the nation.  I went on to obtain more extensive sales and customer service expertise working with such companies as Washington Mutual, Cal Fed, and IndyMac Bank, where I was first afforded the opportunity to build business for the institution’s mortgage loan department.  I proved an adept relationship builder in my new role as business development manager, and grew the territory to increase the number of mortgage brokers and loans serviced by the organization.  After the mortgage industry crashed, I transferred my skills into payroll services, going on to work with ADP, a Fortune World’s Most Admired Company seven years in a row, and the number one leader in the industry.  I built a tremendous amount of revenue into the company by directly soliciting small and mid-size corporations to work with the company.
